Founded in 2011, Ryan Boon is specialised butcher that supplies some of Cape Town’s finest restaurants. A focus on pasture-reared and sustainably-sourced meat makes Ryan the ethical butcher of choice and the go-to for the best cuts in the game.

Established in 1685, Boschendal’s farm is one of the oldest in South Africa. The team are committed to wholesome-all organic produce, sustainable farming practices and community upliftment.

Herb Traders’ owners Lynn and Sharon have always been committed to sourcing ingredients of the highest quality from local suppliers, growers and various NGOs. Hand selected herbs and vegetables mean guaranteed freshness and flavour.

Three Streams is a leading supplier of responsibly farmed aquaculture products and sustainably sourced high-value sea foods. Their practices are based on a deep caring for the planet and need for conscious fish farming.

If you’ve tasted the cheese, yogurt or milk from Gay’s family-run dairy, you’ll know that her reputation precedes her. Happy, free-roaming Guernsey cows produce the raw milk responsible for her deliciously creamy dairy products steeped in natural flavour.

UCOOK came about in 2014 when two friends, David Torr and Chris Verster Cohen, noticed a gap in the market for convenient, healthy dinner solutions. After officially launching the business in 2015, they were quickly joined by a few friends, and proceeded to operate the young start-up out of a garage in Cape Town, packing each box themselves.

From 24 boxes in their first delivery round to tens of thousands in 2018, a warehouse space in Joburg and Cape Town, and now a team of 50, UCOOK has established itself as South Africa’s favourite dinner kit service in just 3 years.

The company has stayed true to its principles of sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients, and fully supports the idea that good food makes a big difference in people's’ lives.
