TANDOORI -STYLE CHICKEN

with a fresh carrot salad & toasted pita bread

This week with Sarah Graham we take you back to India with her extremely simple and delicious take on Tandoori chicken. Tandoori marinated chicken pieces served with a shredded carrot, coriander and lime dressed salad and generously stuffed into a toasted pita bread. Mmmmmm!

Sarah Graham’s Food Safari is a cooking show that explores some of Africa’s most interesting and exciting food through the eyes of food writer and cook, Sarah Graham. Sarah grew up on a small game reserve in Zimbabwe, lion cubs and elephants included. In the upcoming second season of Sarah Graham’s Food Safari we’ll see more of Sarah’s food story, set against the epic African backdrops of Mozambique and the Kruger area. It’s all about experiencing some of Sarah’s favourite corners of Southern Africa, feasting and exploring as they go.
